Type this command to enable NTP Logging on Windows Server 2008:

 

w32tm /debug /enable /file:C:/NTP-Log.txt /size:100000 /entries:0-500

The logging stops when stopping the ntp service or entering this command in cmd:

w32tm /debug /disable
